5. Regular medical/dental mission in adopted communities especially those in geographically isolated depressed areas (GIDA)

Community-Based Health Care Program

A Camillian-inspired Health approach which aims to strengthen community system with focus on empowering and increasing meaningful involvement of community on specific health issues (maternal and child care, infectious diseases like TB, HIV, dengue, and others). The CBHP of the Camillians has been in place for more than 25 years and still inspires people to be partners in primary health care.

1. Training Workshops for Healthcare Volunteers (Preparation/Uses of Herbal Medicine, hilot, ventosa, compress and acupressure)

5. Community-based TB program covering 13 dioceses (16 provinces) all over the provinces to increase case detection and increase treatment success rate
