1. To establish a non-profit house for the education and training of Religious and other students for missionary work in the healing of and other works of mercy towards the sick.
2. To provide and maintain facilities for the board and lodging of the students;
3. To acquire properties, real or personal, to accept any gifts, contributions and
endowment plans, bequests or devices of any and all real or personal properties
necessary, desirable or proper for the corporation to hold acquire or administer;
4. To hold, buy, sell, exchange, hire or lease and to mortgage or otherwise encumber,
any property, real or personal, and to lend or otherwise invest its funds, moneys or
properties in such undertakings and pursue such activities as may be desired or necessary to carry out the purpose and objects of the corporation;
5. To provide holistic care and other forms of assistance to people living with HIV AIDS (PLHIV) and their affected families, as well as help achieve an HIV-free Philippines whether by prevention or remediation, including the establishment of facilities and support structures or institutions for the aforesaid purposes; and
6. To carry out disaster alleviation initiatives and community health interventions in natural and manmade calamities.
7. To undertake such other activities as may be conductive to the achievement of the objectives and functions of the corporation.
The Camillians, formed by its nature of religious clerics and lay brothers, called fathers and brothers by St. Camillus, has, as its purpose, the complete service of the sick in the totality of their being without seeking economic gain. We give our full attention to the sick according to their individual needs and our own capacity and competence. Therefore, we are prepared to undertake every type of service, in the health care world for the building up of the Kingdom and the advancement of the people of God.
